Day 3 at Boundless consisted of two general sessions. The first commencing at 10:00am with the theme ‘A Caring Army’ and featuring the Te Ope Whakaora group performing the ‘I’ll Fight’ Haka, which received rapturous applause. The Message by Commissioner E. Jane Paone challenged us all to just get out there and do mission and ministry, so that we can make a difference in the communities in which we live. Don’t wait for others to do it for you, or even for the resources before you can begin, just get out there and start doing the mission and ministry that God is cLling you to; allowing God to come along side you as you head out in obedience to His propmtings.

In the afternoon we headed to Stratford to do a spot of shopping at the Westfield Mall, in part so Annette could get a pair of shoes that would be more comfortable than the ones she brought with her. But also so Emily could roam the shops (we have bred a monster – just kidding) while I pretty much hung out at HMV checking out what DVD’s and Cd’s were available. Yes I did purchase a few more to add to my collection. I also picked up a few Tottenham shirts at a really good price from Sports Direct. After grabbing a bite to eat we headed back to the O2 for the evening session.

Much of the evening session I was out at Boundless Kids with Emily as she finished off her project that she had started the previous day. Although we did head back into the main arena to hear an awesome testimony of the power of God in the life of Ariana Calvo. The session was entitled “All-Embracing Army” and featured an array of worship expressions from a truly multi-cultural perspective; after-all the Army is operating in 126 countries worldwide officially with some work being established in many more…
