This morning is the second in our series looking at the journey that Jesus took to the Cross. 

The betrayal of Judas is the catalyst that enabled the Jewish authorities to carry out their plot to kill the so called ‘King of the Jews’, that Annette unpacked last week.

Sunday 5 April – Palm Sunday

  • Prelude Music: The Kingdom Triumphant – Wellington Citadel Band & Japan Staff Band @ Kiyose Kiyake Hall (2019) — Although commonly used at Christmas time, I thought it would be a rousing welcome to Palm Sunday as we imagine Jesus being greeted in the streets of Jerusalem by the common folk. After-all they were looking forward to His triumphant entry and the downfall of the Roman oppression.
