And so the 1st Term comes to a close…
INFUSED Youth helped out @ Joe’s Diner which was a progressive meal held @ the hall on Thursday night for the Womens Night Fellowship group and from all accounts was an absolute blast… During the term we have had loads of fun & enjoyed great discussion around topics relevant to our young people as they deal with the many challenges that they face on a daily basis… During the holidays we are planning a couple of activities that should be awesome fun, as well as doing some acts of service like collecting for the Red Shield which is coing up soon… Don’t forget Southern 7’s is coming up next Saturday!
Rock Solid finished the term with a visit from the fire brigade – Don’t pannic Mr. Mannering the building is fine, it was just a surprise fire drill to ensure that our young people know what to do in a case of an emergency… We’ve had a full-on term which has been awesome & Amy has done a fantastic job of ensuring that all the necessary things to make each night a load of fun has been finalised – And her team of helpers and junior leaders have also done a fantastic job, well done one and all!
Play Cafe has a picnic planned for today which has had to be relocated to the hall (Tay Street) due to the weather, which I’m sure is going to be enjoyed by all those taking part…
